Livingstone street vendors urged to cooperate with council to keep the city clean
Government has appealed to street vendors and marketers in Livingstone to cooperate with the Livingstone City Council to keep the city clean, ahead of the United Nations World Tourism (UNWTO) General Assembly scheduled for August this year.
Local Government and Housing Minister Emerine Kabanshi made the appeal in Livingstone yesterday when she inspected selected developmental projects.Ms. Kabanshi advised against squabbles between marketers and street vendors in order to enable government to implement a uniform law for traders.

The building of Sevastopol city (South Ukraine) Economic Court was picketed by the union of entrepreneurs from a small village Razdolnoye. Members of Confederation of Free Trade Unions of Ukraine (KVPU) came out to support their colleague, who is litigating his rights in court against the administration of the local market.
